When you purchase a service, product, or participate in activities at Cosy Yoga, you agree to the following terms:

1 . Health & Safety

I declare that I am physically able to voluntarily participate in the classes led by K. Cardoso at the Cosy Yoga Studio, and that I have no health conditions preventing safe participation. I have consulted my doctor if I had any concerns, and I have obtained medical clearance where necessary.

2 . Assumption of Risk

I understand that any physical activity can involve risks of injury, tension, or discomfort. I assume full responsibility for my participation and release the provider from liability related to such incidents.

3 . Image Use

I authorize Cosy Yoga to capture and use photos or videos taken during activities for promotional purposes, without compensation.

4 . Respect of Space

I agree to respect the logistics, administration, materials, and equipment provided. I will respect the schedule and duration of sessions. For security and concentration, the studio entrance will remain closed during classes.

5 . Passes & Subscriptions

I understand that class passes, packages, and subscriptions have a fixed price and validity period. All purchases are final and cannot be refunded, extended, or exchanged.

6 . Cancellations & Rescheduling

I may cancel or reschedule a class online up to 12 hours before the start time. After this deadline, unused credits are forfeited.

7 . Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the website and booking system include applicable taxes and transaction fees.
