Redeem your code
Visit the schedule here, click on the class you wish to book, and follow the instructions. Enter the unique code and complete registration. This code will deduct each class from your pass balance.

Track your balance
Your pass is valid for its time period.
Book before expiration date to use all credits.

Classes are released for booking one month in advance. If you purchased a pass earlier, your desired class will appear in the schedule as soon as the date enters the booking window.

At Cosy Yoga, I cultivate an inclusive and sensory-friendly environment where adults of all ages, backgrounds, and levels are welcome.
Classes are adapted with variations and guidance for beginners, those who don’t feel flexible, and anyone with diverse sensitivities, needs, or orientations. If you have questions about your specific situation, please feel free to reach out before your first visit.
For security and hospitality reasons, attendance is by online booking only, as the studio is located within a private residence with limited capacity.
Cosy Yoga is located at 20B Rue Baron de Brès, in Villefranche’s old town, between Rue du Poilu and Place de la Paix.
The studio is easily accessible by train or bus; the nearest parking is Barmassa.
Please note: access involves stairs.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a towel, and a water bottle.
If needed, a limited number of mats and towels are available to rent. You can also purchase still water, herbal tea, or healthy snacks when booking online — or directly at the studio (cash or card payments available).
Booking your class with Cosy Yoga is simple. You can reserve directly through the online booking system (Acuity) — either for a single class or a discounted package.

Yes — you can cancel or reschedule your class up to 8 hours before the start time directly through the link in your confirmation email. This allows you to keep your credit and choose another time that works for you.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 8 hours before class, the credit will be considered used. This policy helps me prepare the space and class with care, and ensures fairness for all participants.
NOTE: Yoga classes start on time. You are advised to arrive 15 minutes early to prepare and settle your mat comfortably. For the safety and comfort of all participants, the main entrance remains closed during sessions, and interruptions are discouraged.
Please kindly observe the published schedule and duration of sessions while attending Cosy Yoga classes — and don’t hesitate to contact me on WhatsApp if you have transport difficulties or anticipate being late.
Cosy Yoga is nestled inside a beautiful rocky grotto, designed to stay simple and close to nature.
You’ll find an eco-friendly dry toilet and a small changing corner with a portable lavabo. There is no shower, so it’s best to arrive already dressed for practice whenever possible.
At the entrance, you can remove your shoes and hang your coat or umbrella. Inside the yoga room, open lockers are available for your bag, phone, and personal items.
